Finding Peace in the Comfort of Your Home
Abso Peace established “The Vegan Candles” in January 2023. The company’s mission is “a reminder of finding peace wherever you are.” Therefore, to help people feel comfortable in their secure environment while maintaining their mental health. The ingredients are made with soy wax and nontoxic fragrances. “I just know these candles were something I needed and for everyone else.” Said Francois.
Staying Consistent
In preparation for the business journey, François mentioned that being a former college tennis player helped her become who she is today. “Playing sports and being an athlete teaches you discipline. It teaches you hard work, consistency, and perseverance.”
François believes in starting an entrepreneurial path once you have an idea. “Just start, don’t overthink it. And just go! In three months, it could be a difference from having an idea on paper to [actually] generating revenue,” said Francois.
