The City of Tampa hosted the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s on Friday, January 29, 2021 to Sunday, January 31, 2021, and Wednesday, February 3, 2021 to Saturday, February 6, 2021. It was a thrill of fun, memorable activities, and events at the heart of the hometown and 2021 NFC champs, the Buccaneers, and this year’s Super Bowl LV.
Super Bowl LV is held at the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL, today, February 7, 2021, at 6:30 pm EST on CBS. The Buccaneers will go against 2020’s Super Bowl and 2021’s AFC champs, the Kansas City Chiefs. Grammy-Award winning artist, The Weeknd, is this year’s Pepsi’s Super Bowl halftime performer.
The Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park filled with NFL fans virtually attended the meet and greet with the players, outdoor games, featuring the Vince Lombardi Trophy (given fans a chance to take a picture with the awarded trophy), the NFL Shop presented by Visa, and a museum featuring a display of all the 54 Super Bowl rings, 2021 NFC and AFC trophies, NFL players’ locker, and more!
The event extended at the Citrus Hixon Park and the Technology Village. NFL fans signed up for the sold-out free event through the NFL OnePass app. There were limited availabilities for fans that couldn’t be reserved only on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, and Thursday, February 4, 2021. Due to the pandemic, face masks were required to enter as well.
